Cincinnati Bell plans $300 million US IPO for CyrusOne

CyrusOne, a Cincinnati Bell (CBB) subsidiary and an owner, operator and developer of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral data center properties, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $300 million in an initial public offering. The Carrollton, TX-based company, which was founded in 2000 and booked $191 million in sales for the 12 months ended 3/31/2012, plans to list under the symbol CONE as a REIT. Morgan Stanley and BofA Merril Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
