Bloomin' Brands, a leading casual dining restaurant company and owner of Outback Steakhouse, raised $176 million by offering 16 million shares (19% insider) at $11, below the range of $13 to $15. Bloomin' Brands plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol BLMN. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
