Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, a high-end steakhouse operator with 32 restaurants in 18 states, raised $75 million by offering 5.8 million shares at $13, below the range of $14 to $16. Del Frisco's Restaurant Group plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol DFRG. Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
