Northern Tier Energy, a limited partnership with oil refining and retailing operations in the Midwest, priced its 16.25 million share IPO at $14, below the $19-$21 range. Goldman Sachs, Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch were the lead underwriters on the deal, which is set to list on the NYSE under the ticker "NTI."
