Natural Grocers, a Western retailer of natural and organic groceries and dietary supplements, priced its 7.1 million share IPO at $15, the high end of the $13-$15 range. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Piper Jaffray were the bookrunners on the deal, which is expected to begin trading on Wednesday on the NYSE under the ticker "NGVC."
