ServiceNow, which provides an on-demand software platform to automate enterprise IT operations, raised $210 million by offering 11,650,000 shares at $18.00, above the range of $15.00-$17.00. ServiceNow plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NOW. Morgan Stanley, Citi and Deutsche Bank acted as lead bookrunners on the deal.
