Acquity, a provider of e-commerce and online marketing consulting for consumer brands, raised $33 million by pricing 5.6 million ADSs at $6 per ADS, 33% below its targeted $8-$10 range. The $6 pricing gives it a market value of $141 million. The Chicago, IL-based company, which also maintains its executive offices in Hong-Kong, generated $107 million in revenue in 2011. The stock will open for trading on the NYSE on Friday morning under the symbol AQ. Citi and Oppenheimer & Co acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
