Edgen Group, a global distributor of specialty products to the oil and natural gas markets, raised $165 million by offering 15 million shares at $11, below the range of $14 to $16. Edgen Group plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EDG. Jefferies & Co. acted as lead manager on the deal.
