Home Loan Servicing Solutions, recently formed to acquire mortgage servicing rights from Ocwen Financial, will see its quiet period end on 4/9/12. On 2/28/12, the company raised $186.7 million by offering 13.3 million shares at $14, at the low end of the range of $14 to $16. Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
