Rexnord, which manufactures gears, couplings, bearings and water management products, raised $426 million by offering 23.7 million shares at $18, the low end of the $18-$20 range. Rexnord plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RXN. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Barclays were the lead underwriters on the deal.
