U.S. Silica Holdings quiet period ends March 12

U.S. Silica Holdings, the second largest domestic producer of silica and major producer of fracking sand, will see its quiet period end on 3/12/12. On 1/31/12, the company raised $200.0 million by offering 11.8 million shares at $17.00, within the range of $16.00 to $18.00. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies acted as lead managers on the deal.
