Home Loan Servicing Solutions, which was recently formed to acquire mortgage servicing rights from Ocwen Financial, priced its 13.3 million share IPO at $14, the low end of the $14-$16 range. Wells Fargo, Barclays, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank were the lead underwriters on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "HLSS" today.
