American Integrity Insurance Group, a Florida-based provider of personal residential property insurance, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
Through its insurance carrier subsidiary, American Integrity Insurance provides personal residential property insurance for single-family homeowners and condominium owners as well as coverage for vacant dwellings and investment properties, predominantly in Florida. The company states that it is the seventh largest writer of residential property insurance in Florida based on DPW for policies in-force as of December 31, 2024.
The Tampa, FL-based company was founded in 2006 and booked $204 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2024. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AII. American Integrity Insurance Group filed confidentially on February 10, 2025. Keefe Bruyette Woods, Piper Sandler, William Blair, Citizens JMP, Raymond James, and Oppenheimer & Co. are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
