FX Alliance, a leading independent, institutional foreign exchange trading platform, priced its 5.2 million share IPO at $12, below the $13.50-$15.50 range. The stock is expected to list on the NYSE under the symbol "FX". BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and Citi were the lead underwriters on the deal.
