BUUU Group, a Hong Kong-based provider of event management and stage production services, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $8 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $8 million by offering 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, BUUU Group would command a market value of $83 million.
BUUU Group provides Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) solutions to a variety of clients, including public institutions, marketing and public relations firms, real estate corporations, and a number of established brands. Its marketing service portfolio spans two core areas: event management and stage production.
BUUU Group was founded in 2017 and booked $6 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BUUU. The company filed confidentially on December 23, 2024. Pacific Century Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
