Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, which produces and distributes cement for construction in Peru, raised $230 million by offering 20 million ADRs at $11.50, at the low end of the range of $11.50 to $13.00. Cementos Pacasmayo, which is already listed on the Lima Stock Exchange under the symbols CPACASC1 and CPACASCI1, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CPAC. J.P. Morgan acted as lead manager on the deal.
