Chinese online medical platform PomDoctor files for a $15 million US IPO

PomDoctor, an online platform in China offering chronic disease management services, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $15 million in an initial public offering.

PomDoctor is an online medical services platform for chronic diseases in China. As of June 30, 2024, the company had over 212,000 cumulative contracted doctors that issued over 3 million prescriptions, as well as 683,000 transacting patients.

The Guangzhou, China-based company was founded in 2010 and booked $45 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol POM. PomDoctor filed confidentially on September 30, 2021. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
