Rainbow Capital Holdings, which provides underwriting and other corporate finance services in Hong Kong, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $6 million in an initial public offering.
The Hong Kong-based company plans to raise $6 million by offering 1.4 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Rainbow Capital Holdings would command a market value of $80 million.
Rainbow Capital provides corporate finance services in Hong Kong. Its portfolio of services includes IPO sponsorships and underwriting, financial and independent financial advisory, and compliance advisory services.
Rainbow Capital Holdings was founded in 2019 and booked $3 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol RNBW. The company filed confidentially on December 16, 2024. Cathay Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
