Renewable Energy Group, the largest producer of biodiesel in the United States, raised $72 million by offering 7.2 million shares at $10, 29% below the range of $13 to $15. Renewable Energy Group plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol REGI. UBS Investment Bank and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
