InvenSense quiet period ends December 26

InvenSense, which provides motion sensor chips for Nintendo's Wii and other consumer electronics, will see its quiet period end on 12/26/11. On 11/15/11, the company raised $75.0 million by offering 10,000,000 shares at $7.50, within the range of $7.00 to $8.50. Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
