FBS Global, which provides interior design and fit-out services in Singapore, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. It originally filed in January 2023, and most recently planned to raise $11 million by offering 2.3 million shares at a price range of $4.50 to $5.00.
The Singapore-based company was founded in 1996 and booked $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2023. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FBGL. WallachBeth Capital was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
