Click Holdings, which provides staffing and other human resources services in Hong Kong, raised $5.6 million by offering 1.4 million shares at $4.00. The company had originally filed in June to offer 1.5 million shares at the same price.
Click Holdings specializes in HR solutions in three principal areas: professional solution services, nursing solution services, and logistics and other solution services. Its clients include accounting and professional firms, Hong Kong listed companies, and nursing homes, among others.
Click Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CLIK. R.F. Lafferty & Co. was primary underwriter, with Revere Securities acting as co-manager.
