Through its operating subsidiary (Wching HK), Wellchange provides customized software solutions, cloud-based SaaS platforms, and "white-label" software design and development services, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). For the year ended December 31, 2023, the company had 63 customers, and $2.5 million in revenue.
Wellchange Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol WCT. Dominari Securities and Revere Securities acted as underwriters on the deal.
