Global Engine Group Holding, a Hong Kong-based provider of telecom consulting services and cloud solutions, raised $8 million by offering 2.0 million shares at $4.00, the low end of the range of $4.00 to $5.00. The company had previously filed to sell 2.5 million shares.
Global Engine Group states that it provides information communication technologies (ICT) solutions. The company is an integrated solutions provider whose services include cloud platform deployment, IT system design and configuration, project management, maintenance, data center colocation and cloud services. It also provides technical services for data center and cloud computing infrastructure, mobility and fixed network communications, as well as IoT projects. Target customers include telecom operators and data center and cloud computing services providers.
Global Engine Group Holding plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GLE. R.F. Lafferty & Co. acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
