Venu Holding, which owns and operates music venues and restaurants, announced terms for its IPO on Thursday.
The Colorado Springs, CO-based company, which originally filed in August as "Notes Live", plans to raise $10 million by offering 1 million shares at a proposed price of $10. At the proposed deal size, Venu Holding would command a market cap of $372 million.
Venu Holding currently operates two music halls and three restaurants in Colorado Springs, CO, and Gainesville, GA, and plans to open several outdoor amphitheaters, restaurants, and bars over the next two years in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Venu Holding was founded in 2017 and plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol VENU. ThinkEquity is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
