Droneify Holdings, a Canadian provider of drone services, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Wednesday. It had filed to raise $6 million by offering 0.9 million shares at a price range of $6 to $7.
Primary shareholders include Kirk Eksyma, Adam Sax, Stuart Henderson, Tom Hanson, and Ian Hull.
The Oakville, Canada-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $1 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2022. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol DRFY. Boustead Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
