Lannister Mining, a Canada-based mining company with an exploration-stage project in Montana, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $6 million in an initial public offering.
The company has a property in Montana spanning 11 patented claims totaling about 216 acres, and 131 unpatented claims totaling about 2,642 acres. Lannister Mining is focused on the exploration and development of the project, and does not anticipate generating revenue until the end of 2026, at the earliest.
The Vancouver, Canada-based company was founded in 2020 and plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol DRIL. Lannister Mining filed confidentially on February 7, 2024. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
