Intermolecular, which accelerates the R&D process for semiconductor and clean energy companies, raised $96.5 million by offering 9.65 million shares at $10, below the range of $12 to $14. It had originally intended to sell 10 million shares. Intermolecular plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol IMI. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Barclays Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
