Manning & Napier, an independent investment management firm with $42 billion AUM, raised $150 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $12, below the range of $15 to $17. Manning & Napier plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MN. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
