Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P., a spin-off of clean energy firm Rentech's nitrogen fertilizer business, raised $300 million by offering 15 million shares at $20, the midpoint of the $19-$21 range. Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RNF. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
