Global Brass and Copper Holdings, a fabricator and distributor of copper and brass products used in housing, transportation, and coinage, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering. The Schaumburg, IL-based company, booked $1.75 billion in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2011, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BRSS. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
