Junee, which provides interior design and fit-out services in Hong Kong, raised $8 million in its US IPO by offering 2.0 million shares at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6. Junee originally filed for a US IPO in July 2022.
The Hong Kong-based company began trading on the Nasdaq on Wednesday, April 17, under the symbol JUNE. Spartan Capital Securities acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
Through its subsidiary, OPS HK, Junee provides interior design, fit-out, and maintenance services to office, residential, and retail and commercial clients in Hong Kong. The company's design work is performed by in-house designers who provide preliminary consultations, layout plans, and drawings, while the fit-out work and maintenance services are outsourced to subcontractors who are managed and supervised by OPS HK. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, the company generated $6.1 million in revenue.
