Mobile-health Network Solutions, which provides a platform for telehealth and other healthcare services in the APAC region, raised $9 million by offering 2.3 million shares at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $5.
The company provides services through its MaNaDr platform, which is accessible via mobile application and website, and serves both the communities of users and healthcare providers. Through its mobile app, users can access a range of telehealth solutions, comprising teleconsultation services and personalized services. The company also operates one brick-and-mortar GP clinic in Singapore. As of September 2023, it had active users from more than 18 various jurisdictions across the world, including Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, India, and the Philippines.
Mobile-health Network Solutions plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MNDR. Network 1 Financial Securities acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
