Nano Nuclear Energy, which is developing nuclear microreactors and related fuel technologies, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $15 million in an initial public offering.
The New York, NY-based company plans to raise $15 million by offering 3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Nano Nuclear Energy would command a fully diluted market value of $161 million.
Nano Nuclear Energy is an early-stage nuclear energy company developing advanced portable clean energy solutions. The company is currently pre-revenue and focused on four business lines as part of its development strategy: micro nuclear reactors, fuel fabrication, fuel transportation, and nuclear consultation services.
Nano Nuclear Energy was founded in 2022 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol NNE. The company filed confidentially on October 10, 2023. The Benchmark Company is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
