Mobile-health Network Solutions, which provides a platform for telehealth and other healthcare services in the APAC region, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $10 million in an initial public offering.
The Singapore-based company plans to raise $10 million by offering 2.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Mobile-health Network Solutions would command a market value of $153 million.
The company provides services through its MaNaDr platform, which is accessible via mobile application and website, and serves both the communities of users and healthcare providers. Through its mobile app, users can access a range of telehealth solutions, comprising teleconsultation services and personalized services. The company also operates one brick-and-mortar GP clinic in Singapore. As of September 2023, it had active users from more than 18 various jurisdictions across the world, including Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, India, and the Philippines.
Mobile-health Network Solutions was founded in 2016 and booked $8 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2023. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MNDR. The company filed confidentially on July 14, 2023. Network 1 Financial Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
