Tudou Holdings, one of China's two leading online video websites, will see its quiet period end on Monday, September 26. On August 16, the company raised $174 million by offering 6 million ADSs at $29, within the range of $28 to $30. Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
