COR3 & Co. (Holdings), a Malaysia-based fashion apparel retailer, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $17 million in an initial public offering.
The Seremban, Malaysia-based company plans to raise $17 million by offering 3.9 million shares (42% secondary) at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, COR3 & Co. (Holdings) would command a market value of $56 million.
COR3 & Co. is principally engaged in the retail of fashion apparel through four brands: HI Style, Fave, SUB, and Bottled Dream. The company sells over 1,800 products through its e-commence platforms, and over 5,000 products through a network of 42 retail stores across Malaysia and Singapore.
COR3 & Co. (Holdings) was founded in 2008 and booked $12 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2023. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol COC. Eddid Securities and Futures is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
