Tex Mex restaurant chain Chuy's Holdings files for a $75 million IPO

Chuy's Holdings, a Tex Mex restaurant chain with 27 locations in Texas and the Midwestern US, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering. The Austin, TX-based company, which was founded in 1982 and booked $104 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2011, plans to list under the symbol CHUY. Jefferies and Baird are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
