Vanguard Health Systems, which operates 26 acute care and specialty hospitals in five US states, will see its quiet period end on Monday, August 1. On June 21, the company raised $450 million by offering 25 million shares at $18, below the range of $21 to $23. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
