Compressco Partners, L.P., a TETRA carve-out that provides compression services for gas and oil E&Ps, will see its quiet period end on Monday, July 25. On June 14, the company raised $53 million by offering 2.7 million shares at $20, within the range of $19 to $21. Raymond James, J.P. Morgan, and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
