AmeriQuest, which provides a cloud-based suite of B2B services for the transportation industry, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.
The Cherry Hill, NJ-based company, which was founded in 1996 and booked $86 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2015, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AMQ. AmeriQuest filed confidentially on April 30, 2015. Raymond James and Stephens Inc. are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
