Solaris Energy Infrastructure

We manufacture and provide our patented mobile proppant management systems that unload, store and deliver proppant at oil and natural gas well sites. Our systems reduce our customers’ cost and time to complete wells by improving the efficiency of proppant logistics, in addition to enhancing well site safety. Our customers include oil and natural gas exploration and production companies, such as EOG Resources, Inc., Devon Energy and Apache Corporation, as well as oilfield service companies, such as ProPetro Services, Inc. Our systems are deployed in many of the most active oil and natural gas basins in the U.S., including the Permian Basin, the Eagle Ford Shale and the SCOOP/STACK formation. Since commencing operations in April 2014, we have grown our fleet from two systems to 33 systems. We currently have more demand for our systems than we can satisfy with our existing fleet, and we expect to increase our fleet to between 60 and 64 systems by the end of 2017 in response to customer demand.
