Floor & Decor Holdings, a hard surface flooring and accessories retailer with 72 warehouse-format stores, announced terms for its IPO on Monday.
The Smyrna, GA-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 8.8 million shares at a price range of $16 to $18. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Floor & Decor Holdings (FDO) would command a fully diluted market value of $1.7 billion.
Floor & Decor Holdings (FDO) was founded in 2000 and booked $1.1 billion in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2016. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FND. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal. It is expected to price during the week of April 24, 2017.
